MISSION
SoulHAVEN Collective exists to provide safe spaces of retreat, healing and rejuvenation in nature for BIPOC artists, visionaries, equalizers and trusted accomplices, with curated experiences that replenish the human soul.
VISION
We envision a world where rest and healing are not commodities, but the right of everyone — specifically Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities* often left out of conversations regarding wellness. We center the voices, stories, experiences, and thriving of these individuals by creating welcoming havens for the whole self.
*and holding space for any intersecting identities that have been targeted and marginalized by white supremacy.
Why we serve artists
We value the power of the artist to deepen the mystery of what it means to be human.
We value the power of art to aid in the imagination of a world that supports equitable human flourishing for all.
ALL-INCLUSIVE RETREATS
Our retreats are rooted in the belief that in order to creatively meet the demands of living an artist's life sustainably, and to imaginatively confront the inequities around us using the arts, we must have a regulated nervous system. We offer all-expenses paid (except transportation) retreats and residencies designed to reset the nervous system by immersion in nature, beauty, embodied practices, community, and nurturance.
KAYAKING, HIKING, YOGA
Nature and movement for grounding and reconnecting to your body and spirit.
FIRE PIT & STARGAZING
Enjoy the evenings with s'mores, laughter, storytelling, and reflecting on the vastness of the universe.
MASSAGE
Massages for releasing tension and being nurtured.
CHEF-MADE MEALS
Often regionally inspired meals, served with beauty and with your health in mind.
MUSIC & DANCING
Dance music at night for just cutting loose and getting down.
ART & CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Art supplies for exploration and expression beyond what a journal can capture.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
FROM THE RETREAT
RESPECT & SAFETY
Anticipate being treated with mutual respect and provided with a safe and secure environment.
CONNECTION WITH LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS
Expect to meet like-minded participants who are also artists and activists, trying to make a difference in a world where the obstacles to thriving can be immense.
RECONNECTION TO YOUR INTUITION
Be prepared to develop a deeper level of self-trust as you rediscover your intuition amidst nature and in the company of friends.
CREATIVE INSPIRATION
Look forward to having the freedom to explore fresh ideas for your creative endeavors without being constrained by time, phone distractions, or the pressure of cooking dinner.

Expect to release the heavy burden you have been carrying. Allow yourself to express the grief you have been holding back, give voice to your anger, and reignite your dreams.
REST & RECOVERY
Recover a sense that rest is not an indulgence but the right of every human being. Sleep in, take naps, sit for hours in the sun, on a boat, in a hammock or rocking chair.
